Jim Moore has decades of management and leadership experience. He has headed up a software engineering team covering EMEA & APAC for a major IT multinational and also founded an HR consultancy firm that specialises in difficult and sensitive people problems. Jim is also a mentor and trusted HR advisor to Directors and CEO’s in small and young companies and serves as the head of HR for one of them. This all relates to Jim’s fascination for psychology – especially relating to conflict, cognitive biases and motivation.
He will join us at TEDxAberystwyth to talk about his experience with parental consent for disabled children, especially in the face of health problems.
