Female friendships are often portrayed as just bottomless brunches and Thursday night pilates but in reality, they are fundamental to our survival. From stress regulation and resilience to identity formation and collective strength, these relationships give us the tools to thrive in aspects of life outside of the friendships, from navigating career challenges to building strong romantic partnerships.

In a perspective-shifting talk, Mel introduces us to the positive impact female friendships have on our mental and physical wellbeing and why choosing connection over competition provides women with a powerful advantage.

Join us on the 28th February to see Mel’s talk.
