Alexander Holloway

Alexander Holloway is an embodied well-being educator with 13 years of experience working with individuals, communities, schools, and organisations. Trained across coaching, movement, mindfulness, and holistic well-being practices, his work explores how natural movement supports connection, resilience, and human flourishing. Through experiential, movement-based approaches, he helps people reconnect with themselves, each other, and a deeper sense of wellbeing.

What happens when we stop performing with our bodies and start listening to them?
In this talk, Alexander Holloway explores how free, intuitive movement, something we all did naturally as children, can help us reconnect with ourselves, reduce stress, and build a deeper sense of connection and wellbeing. Drawing on personal experience, research, and conscious dance practice, this talk invites us to remember that movement isn’t about getting it right, but about coming home to our bodies.

Join us in the 28th February in Arad Goch to listen to Alexander’s talk.
